What happens if I need more certificates than my plan includes?
Simply top up with a Pay As You Go pack at any time. Top-up credits are added to your account immediately and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — you can switch at any time through your account portal. If you move to annual mid-cycle, any remaining credits carry over.
How long do certificates remain valid?
Issued certificates are stored permanently on IPFS and remain verifiable indefinitely, even if you cancel your subscription.
Do unused certificates roll over?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits within that window can be used at any time.
