Is my LMS certificate enough for CPD?
It is a good start: it records that someone finished. A CPD certificate that holds up also says what the course set out to achieve, carries the CPD hours and accreditation, and can be verified independently. We show the difference in the session.
Do I have to leave my LMS to use Open CPD certificates?
No. Your courses, learners and checkout stay where they are. Open CPD connects to your platform and issues the certificate when a learner completes.
Which platforms does Open CPD work with?
Any platform, through manual upload or the API, and many directly: the Open CPD WordPress plugin covers Tutor LMS, LearnDash, WooCommerce and MemberPress, Zapier connects platforms such as Kajabi, and workflow webhooks connect CRM-based platforms. The full list is on our LMS integrations page.
Should I switch off my LMS's own certificate?
Usually yes, once Open CPD is connected, so learners receive one certificate rather than two. We can match the Open CPD certificate design to your platform's look.
