A guided walkthrough to get your account doing what you signed up for: a course profile set up, a template chosen, and your first verifiable certificate issued. Pick a time that suits you below.
What we cover
Sessions are practical and shaped around what you actually need, but most people want some combination of these.
- Setting up your first course profile, including how to phrase aims, skills and outcomes so the certificate says something useful.
- Choosing and setting up your certificate template, including adding your logo and, where you deliver for clients, a second one.
- Issuing your first certificate, and seeing what the learner receives.
- Issuing to a whole cohort at once from a spreadsheet, if that is how you work.
- What verification looks like from the other side, so you can answer an employer who asks.
- Where CPD hours come from and how to set them honestly.
Who it is for
Anyone with an account, whether it was opened this morning or last year. New providers usually want the first-certificate walkthrough. Established ones more often want a specific thing solved, such as bulk issuing, co-branded certificates for a client, or tightening up the wording on a course profile.
If you have not signed up yet and want to see the platform before deciding, a demo is the better fit and you can book one from the same page.
Nothing is required, but the session goes further if you bring one real course with you: its title, roughly how long it takes, and whatever material you already have. We can build the course profile live rather than talk about building one.
If putting the outcomes into words is the part you are stuck on, bring the course material as it stands and we will work from that.

- How long is an onboarding session?
- Long enough to get you issuing, which for most people is well under an hour. The booking page shows the available slot lengths and times.
- Do I need an account before booking?
- No. If you have not signed up yet you are welcome to book, though a demo may suit you better if you are still deciding whether the platform is right for you.
- Is onboarding included, or does it cost extra?
- It is included. There is no separate onboarding fee on any plan.
- Can more than one person from my organisation join?
- Yes, and it is often a good idea. Bring whoever will actually be issuing certificates, since they are the ones who benefit most from the walkthrough.
- What should I have ready?
- One real course you intend to certify, with its title, its rough duration and any material you already have. We can then set the course profile up during the session rather than describing how it would work.
