Why it is written this way
Notice that every outcome starts with a verb and describes something a person can be observed doing. That is the whole trick. An outcome that says a learner will understand the principles of exfoliation cannot be checked by anyone, which means it cannot function as evidence.
Notice also that the aims and the outcomes are not the same sentences twice. The aims are yours, describing what the course sets out to achieve. The outcomes are the learner's, describing what they leave able to do. Providers who blur the two usually end up with a certificate that says less than the course delivered.
The skills sit between the two: the specific capabilities the training builds, named plainly enough that an insurer or an employer reading the certificate can tell what was covered without ringing you.
Why this matters for aesthetics in particular
Dermaplaning involves a blade on skin, so the people reading the certificate are rarely reading it out of curiosity. Insurers deciding on cover, salons deciding on a hire, and clients deciding whether to book all want to know what the training actually contained.
A certificate naming the course and the date leaves all of them guessing. One that lists contraindication screening, sharps handling and adverse reaction response answers the question they came with. That is worth more to your learner than any logo, and it costs nothing but care in the writing.
